Today, we're getting real and honest with ourselves about why waiting for the "right time" to start healthy habits and work on our goals is costing us more than we think. If you keep waiting for things to "calm down," for work to not be stressful, for kids to not be sick, or for the holidays to come and go, you are losing out on some massive progress and shifts you could be making!
 
I'll share my old mindset and my new mindset that helped me stop waiting and instead, to take every day for what it's worth: an opportunity to steward what God has given me well. We'll also talk about how it's actually more stressful and overwhelming to keep waiting, and ways to renew your mind and start making changes in this area!

As we enter the final quarter of 2025 (!!!), I want to encourage you to set yourself up for a successful, healthy, and joyful end of the year instead of checking out and telling yourself "what's the point of x,y,z?"
 
For years, I used the last 90 days of the year to let go of all my healthy habits and routines, until I realized that I was not stewarding the precious days that God was giving me well.
