It can be hard in the world today to hold a positive view of motherhood when the content we see out there is negative, rude, and focused on victim-motherhood.
 
This episode will cover the important shift in our perspective towards "Biblical motherhood," not just being relatable and complaining all the time. While of COURSE motherhood is hard (I always say it's the hardest thing I've ever loved), it's critical to hold ourselves to a different standard and view this important role through the lens God has given us! 
 
Because we can step out of survival into thriving, we can choose calm over chaos, and we can focus on the fact that children are blessings, not burdens. This episode will help us, even on the hard days, to hold a joyful and intentional view towards our role as mamas! I hope you enjoy!

Today's episode is going to focus on a concept I have heard about in recent years all about emotional regulation and how to set the "tone" as a mom. Often times, we can impact the mood of our home, either negatively or positively, and today I chat about a few things we can do to help create calm and peace in our home. 
 
Because the truth is, of COURSE we are going to get stressed, overstimulated, and upset at times...AND we can feel those things while not letting them have the drivers seat for our day! We can live in the "both-and," which is a very empowering place to be!
