Today's episode is all about why it always "depends" when it comes to nutrition, and how we need to take a more bio-individual approach when it comes to our nutrition needs. When was the last time you saw your doctor or dentist, and why don't we regularly meet with a nutrition professional (hi) to address our nutrition and wellness needs as well? Nutrition is so individual, which is why I love what I do with my 1:1 clients and being able to serve them in this way to get them to ultimate transformation by nourishing their body, mind, and soul.
