Today's nourishing nugget goes over 3 tools that I used to overcoming my binge eating struggles. I struggled with binge eating starting at a very young age, and it was honestly one of the biggest reasons I became a registered dietitian. I wanted to learn for myself, and help others learn too, how to use food FOR them and FOR their health, instead of against themselves. Today's show goes over 3 out of the many tools that I have used over the years, and that I coach my clients through as well, and I hope they bless you today!
