Ep 50: how to eat carbs and still reach your goals

Welcome to the 50th episode! And today we are chatting all about carbs, how to incorporate them into a brain-healthy lifestyle that will still help you reach your mental and physical health goals! The foods we eat and the way we eat them can really dictate how we feel, so we are going to go through some practical ways today to build meals (including carbs!) in a way that still will help you reach your goals!
