Ep 47: a simple hack to boost your mood TODAY

Today's episode is all about a simple hack you can use to boost your mood and mental health. Yes, we are chatting about protein again, because it is such an important macronutrient, not only to keep us full and satisfied, but also to support our mental health and the production of feel-good neurotransmitters.
