Ep 46: can we make healthy changes without being triggered?

So often, we can feel like we have to choose one or the other, either eat healthy and be obsessed with it, or let go of all discipline and eat sugar all-day-every-day. Well, today we are going to talk about the 4 ways to ensure that you can make healthy changes in a HEALTHY way, without feeling triggered, overwhelmed, or obsessed with food.
