Ep 138: 5 ways to thrive and live with intention

*Hi friend! You may have noticed a new intro! It's still the same old me, focusing on nourishing your body, mind, and soul, with a bit more mom life and intentional living tips being sprinkled in there! So don't worry, nutrition and health content absolutely will still be found here, along with tips on lifestyle, habits, routines, and mindset to inspire you! It's officially the second half of 2024, and I don't know about you, but I have been in reflection and planning mode: reflecting on the first half of 2024 and planning and setting goals for the second half. 

 

One big goal I have is to live with more intention with our day to day rhythms, especially as we begin our journey as a homeschool family! I came up with 5 things to do each and every day to step out of the fog and autopilot mode, live with more intention as a wife and mama, and thrive in our daily life.

 

I hope these 5 things are helpful to you as well and will help you live the life of intention you want!
