Ep 133: what is a "nourished foundation?"

Today's episode goes into this concept of creating a "nourished foundation" and focusing on how you are feeding your body MOST of the time. We will look at your weekly meals, how nourishing they are, and how building a nourished foundation can help you enjoy treats and sweets in a resilient way, without spiraling or guilt.

 

I will also go over some ways to add intention to your meals if you find you are not building a nourished foundation right now, and want to start!
