Ep 113: how to set the ”tone” as a mama

Today's episode is going to focus on a concept I have heard about in recent years all about emotional regulation and how to set the "tone" as a mom. Often times, we can impact the mood of our home, either negatively or positively, and today I chat about a few things we can do to help create calm and peace in our home. 

 

Because the truth is, of COURSE we are going to get stressed, overstimulated, and upset at times...AND we can feel those things while not letting them have the drivers seat for our day! We can live in the "both-and," which is a very empowering place to be! In the episode, I go over some practical tools to help you if the day gets tough, and I hope you find them helpful and tangible!
