Ep 101: how to NOT snooze through your morning routine

Today's episode will give you three practical tips on how to not snooze for your morning routine. I know a lot of us have the *intention* of waking up early for our day, but end up snoozing through that time that we want to have to ourselves before the day begins! Today we will chat about sleep, being realistic, and the mindset surrounding your snooze button (yep, we have to address those thoughts in order to see a change in our actions!)
